Registered Nurse LTC/SNF

Job Summary:

This Registered Nurse position in a Long Term Care (LTC) facility requires experienced professionals to provide quality patient care in a small, close-knit community. The role offers an opportunity to work in a scenic Alaskan setting with supportive housing and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer and monitor patient care, adhering to facility policies and clinical protocols.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with all licensing, safety, and accreditation standards.
  
  
• 
  Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  
  
• 
  Maintain clinical competencies and stay updated on industry best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Alaska Registered Nurse license.
  
  
• 
  Possess BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate LTC or SNF experience, with strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rural community setting.
  
  
• 
  Proven ability to adapt to a small-town environment and outdoor lifestyle.
