Key Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting
• Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to support diverse student populations
• Background in providing individualized (1:1) support for pediatric students
• Adaptability to support students in grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
• Positive, collaborative attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional standards
• Flexibility to embrace a long-term role supporting students’ unique needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work one-on-one with students to reinforce instruction and provide personalized assistance
• Support teachers in implementing educational plans for students across multiple grade levels
• Facilitate communication and learning for non-native English speakers
• Monitor student progress, behavior, and well-being, maintaining detailed records
• Foster an inclusive, encouraging learning environment
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and families to promote success
