Are you outgoing, motivated, and passionate about health and fitness? Orangetheory Fitness Gainesville is looking for energetic Sales Associates/Membership Advisors to join our team and help change lives through fitness.

As the first face members and guests see when they walk through our doors, youll play a huge role in creating an amazing studio experience while helping people start their fitness journey.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with current and prospective members
• Conduct studio tours and explain the Orangetheory workout and membership options
• Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails
• Assist with membership sales and retail purchases
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after classes
• Help create a positive, high-energy studio environment
• Support studio events, promotions, and community outreach efforts
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Sales experience preferred, but not required
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including some mornings, evenings, and weekends
