Malthouse and Elevator Operations ManagerManage all aspects of Malthouse and Elevator Operations including coverage for The Process Manager and the Elevator Supervisor positions.Support all company initiatives, programs, and policies with a positive attitude.Enforce Plant Operating Rules and Regulations and Safety Rules.Work diligently and cooperatively with other employees to achieve all goals, targets and initiatives set forth by Management.Closely monitor malting process and act diligently to avoid any quality issues or production delays.Supervise malt production personnel, with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of his/her unit.Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Supervisor carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.Participate in all required training and education.
