Role Description This full‑time, on‑site CNC Operator role is based in Rochester Hills, MI. The CNC Operator will operate and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and production schedules. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading parts, adjusting machine settings, performing basic offsets, and conducting in‑process inspections to maintain quality standards. The role involves following work instructions and documenting production. The CNC Operator will collaborate with supervisors and quality personnel to resolve issues, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with company safety policies. WILL TRAIN! Qualifications Proficiency in machine operation and CNC machinery setup and monitoring. Strong quality control skills, including the use of gauges, calipers, and micrometers. Previous experience as a CNC Operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred. Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to standard operating procedures. Solid problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Willingness to work assigned shifts, including potential overtime based on production needs.
