Our teams provide evidence-based, transformational care for a broad range of mental health concerns in a compassionate, comfortable environment.How You'll Contribute:Provides support to the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN by ensuring scheduled programs are delivered, supervising patients, maintaining safety, and treating patients and guests with dignity.Assumes personal responsibility for maintaining professional development such as BLS and CPI.Observes and monitors patient's status according to patient monitoring standards, policies and procedures. This may include completion of vital signs, weight log, intake and output, dietary intake, Q15 minute behavioral rounds sheets, admission checklists or other progress or milieu notes.
