Store Manager

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations and leading a team to ensure effective processes including staffing, inventory, merchandising, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate employees; ensure proper staffing and performance management. Oversee store opening and closing procedures, maintain safety and security standards. Analyze financial data, monitor sales, profitability, and inventory levels; manage ordering and stock replenishment. Ensure merchandise presentation aligns with company standards; control damages and markdowns. Maintain accurate inventory records, cash handling, and adherence to security policies. Provide excellent customer service; maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Follow company policies, complete documentation, and support team development. Qualifications & Skills Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and safety procedures. Ability to interpret documents, perform mathematical calculations, and utilize POS systems. Experience in retail management preferred; high school diploma or equal qualification required. Bilingual skills may be preferred at some locations. Physical & Work Environment: Frequent walking, standing, bending, lifting up to 55 pounds, and operating equipment in a fast-paced environment, including occasional outdoor exposure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
