Job Details: Dixie Plywood & Lumber Co. – Antioch, TN 37013. Position: Outside Sales Representative (Full Time, Day Shift). Education: 2‑Year Degree. Travel: Road Warrior. We are actively recruiting for an Outside Sales Representative. An ideal candidate has a proven sales background in the industrial sector and strong product knowledge in hardwood plywood, composite, decorative panels, and industrial specialty products. Purchasing experience is desirable but not mandatory. Responsibilities Represent the company professionally and provide customers with the utmost service. Use effective communication skills, self‑motivation, and self‑discipline to achieve sales goals. Demonstrate aptitude for computer applications and Internet research. Show knowledge and familiarity of the market and primary products to support sales strategy. Compete with peer Inside Sales representatives as part of a team. Qualifications Proven sales experience. Team player, working with an Inside Sales representative as part of the team. Customer service skills. Candidates will be evaluated based on experience, product knowledge, prior accomplishments, and a strong desire to make our location a market leader.
