7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, on-call during the week and every other weekend.

Job Description

Join our dedicated team in the Cardiac Vascular Unit, where you will provide exceptional care to patients undergoing various cardiovascular procedures. This unit is equipped with 13 beds and staffed by a team of 30 healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses and Cardiovascular Technologists.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures, including Left Heart Catheterizations (LHC), Right Heart Catheterizations (RHC), peripheral interventions, structural heart procedures, and electrophysiology (EP).
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
• Document all procedures and patient interactions accurately in Meditech and Mac Lab systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Prior experience in a cardiac or catheterization lab setting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
