Job Description We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in a full-time role with Medical Director responsibilities. This position combines clinical care with leadership, providing oversight of clinical operations while ensuring high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance. Provide comprehensive outpatient care to adult patients. Serve as Medical Director, providing clinical oversight and leadership. Establish and maintain clinical protocols and ensure regulatory compliance. Supervise and support Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Manage an established patient panel, including preventive care and chronic disease management. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice growth.
