Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time

Role Overview This position involves assessing residents' health, educational, and environmental needs, developing and updating individualized care plans through interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring safe delivery of nursing interventions. The nurse communicates effectively with team members, residents, and families, documents all assessments and interventions accurately, and responds promptly to changes in resident conditions using critical thinking skills. Maintaining professionalism during crises and monitoring care effectiveness are essential. The role also includes participating in ongoing education and staying current with best nursing practices.
