Read on.Morgan Stanley’s Prime Brokerage Client Digital Technology team in NY is seeking an AI-focused Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of Financial Services experience to build and modernize client-facing digital platforms for Prime Brokerage and Hedge Fund clients. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, AI/GenAI capability, direct business engagement, global collaboration, and ownership of secure, scalable, high-performance platforms with best-in-class user experience.What you’ll do in the role:Build and support client-facing web, mobile, and API platforms.Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.On delivery from concept through production deployment and support.Delivery time-sensitive initiatives with strong focus on quality, resiliency, and reliabilityDevelop AI-enabled capabilities using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, workflow orchestration, and automation.Identify opportunities to improve client and operational workflows through AI.Modernize applications using cloud-native, API-first, and microservices architectures.Improve scalability, performance, observability, security, and maintainability.
