Experienced Waterjet Operator
Aeroform, Inc. is seeking an experienced Waterjet Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating CNC waterjet cutting equipment, reading blueprints, maintaining tight tolerances, and producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced fabrication environment.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
- Load materials and verify dimensions and specifications
- Monitor cutting operations to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and quality control procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year (of verifiable) of waterjet operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with nesting software preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record

- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers effectively.
- Basic math skills necessary for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machine settings.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with OMAX, Flow, or similar waterjet systems
- Forklift certification or experience
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes
