What We Are Looking For: One Behavioral is expanding and seeking a Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) to join our dynamic outpatient practice in Houston. This full‑time role will involve psychological testing, team management, and direct patient care both in person and via telehealth. Key Responsibilities: Administer psychological and neurocognitive testing, both in‑person and through tele‑video technology. Provide psychotherapy and behavioral management sessions using a hybrid approach (tele‑video and in‑person). Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Manage and supervise a dedicated team, overseeing department logistics and maintaining a supportive work environment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system. Stay up‑to‑date with testing materials, ensuring inventory is managed and maintained. Qualifications: Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, or equivalent) in clinical or counseling psychology from an accredited institution. Experience working with adult and/or elderly populations in outpatient settings. Strong proficiency with telehealth technology and EHR systems. Ability to manage a team with strong organizational and leadership skills. Experience with severe and persistent mental illness is preferred. Must have a private, quiet space to conduct tele‑video sessions from home. Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
