Worker I Warehouse

Job Overview: Job Summary: Performs general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping materials and equipment to support Primoris Services Corporation operations. Ensures efficient and accurate inventory management and maintains a safe and organized work environment. Job Responsibilities: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and equipment, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying any discrepancies or damage. Accurately store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare materials and equipment for shipment according to work orders and delivery schedules. Load outgoing shipments onto trucks or other transport vehicles, securing loads appropriately. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory reconciliation processes. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies. Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and other departments regarding material status and needs. Assist with other general labor tasks as assigned. Job Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred, but training may be provided). Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods. Basic math and computer skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
