UX Product Designer

Overview
We are scaling an AI-driven business analytics platform that transforms complex machine learning outputs into actionable business insights. We are seeking a UX/Product Designer who thrives in data-rich environments and can quickly translate technical requirements into intuitive user experiences.



Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end user journeys for business analysts and enterprise users.
• Create experiences for predictive analytics dashboards, AI model explanation interfaces, and complex data visualizations.
• Translate AI/ML concepts and technical requirements into clear, user-friendly workflows.
• Rapidly ideate, prototype, and iterate using Figma, AI Studio, and AI-assisted design workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Leverage and contribute to Material Design systems and patterns.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise/B2B software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex dashboards, analytics platforms, data visualization, or AI/ML products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and experience working within design systems.
• Familiarity with Material Design frameworks.
• Proven ability to simplify highly technical concepts into intuitive user experiences.
• Ability to work independently, move quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered or ML-driven products.
• Familiarity with AI Studio or similar AI-enabled design tools.
• Understanding of predictive analytics, model explainability, and human-AI interaction patterns.

Ideal Candidate: A designer with strong enterprise product experience who can leverage AI Studio and Figma to move fast, simplify complex data and AI workflows, and deliver polished, scalable user experiences.
