Product Manager

Product Manager We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our software solutions and digital platform. This role will be responsible for the full product lifecycle — from ideation to execution — working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver high-impact software products that meet user needs and align with business objectives. Responsibilities Define and own the product roadmap for software and platform development in alignment with company vision and strategy. Own product success metrics, including adoption rate, retention, user engagement, and revenue contribution. Lead product discovery initiatives to validate new opportunities and business models. Define and evolve NILA as a scalable digital platform, ensuring strong data architecture and long-term extensibility. Identify opportunities to integrate AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics into the product to enhance automation, prediction, and operational efficiency. Translate business needs and user feedback into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality software features and enhancements on time and within scope. Gather and analyze feedback from users, stakeholders, and field teams to prioritize features and improvements. Prioritize features, bug fixes, and technical improvements to maximize product impact and user satisfaction. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to guide product decisions and validate hypotheses. Monitor product performance using analytics tools and iterate based on data-driven insights. Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle. Lead product launches, including go-to-market strategies, documentation, training, and post-launch monitoring. Advocate for the user while balancing technical feasibility and business priorities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. 3–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in software or platform development. Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile/Scrum methodologies. Demonstrated success managing end-to-end product lifecycle in a fast-paced tech environment. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, developers, and business stakeholders. Experience with SaaS products, APIs, or B2B platforms. Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Technical background or hands‑on experience with software development. Experience working with data-driven products, analytics platforms, or AI/ML-enabled systems.
