We are looking for candidates who are passionate about providing quality mental health care and who want to thrive and succeed in a unique culture that emphasizes our core values.What we have to offer you:All the flexibility of an independent contractor position with the advantages of a W-2 employee.Autonomy to create your own schedule to support a healthy work/life balance.Flexibility to see clients in person and via telehealth.Consultation and training to expand your clinical caseload.Continuing Education Units (CEUs).Our exclusive Ellie Match tool which provides individualized caseload for providers.Competitive compensation packages (including commission).Benefits package including PTO, and paid holidays.We handle credentialing cost and effort for you.Opportunity to be creative and develop your passions into new programs and services.Awesome Office, Team Building Activities, and Swag.The ability to do meaningful, challenging work on a fun and collaborative team.What your role entails:Evaluating mental health diagnoses and implementing treatment plans.Maintaining updated documentation using company platforms and EHR.A minimum of 25 client sessions per week to a diverse population of clients (with the ability to see more clients if desired- you determine your salary!).Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.Passionate about filling the gap while working with children & adolescents.Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.Participation in clinical staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and community outreach.Community involvement and engagement.A sense of humor and desire to have fun in the workplace will certainly help as well!Other stuff we probably forgot to add but just as meaningful and important to your role ;)Required Qualifications:Candidates are required to have a master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.Candidates are required to have clinical licensure in the state of Indiana (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).Experience with completing intake assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Preferred experience with children, adolescents, teens, and adults.Preferred experience with couples, families, trauma, substance abuse, and schools.Fully Licensed Clinicians will ideally be credentialed with insurance panels.Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.Ability to complete and submit documentation of services in a timely manner.Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of community resources and insurance billing.General knowledge of Apple products, EHR, Telehealth, and other software platforms.Ability to pass a background check.An open mind and desire to learn from your Ellie work "family"!Don't meet EVERY requirement?Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification.
