Job Details

Work remote.
Advise high net worth clients on estate and gift tax planning strategies
Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney
Handle trust and probate administration matters
Structure GRATs, QTIPs, marital trusts, and other advanced planning vehicles
Support business succession planning for family-owned businesses and entrepreneurs
Collaborate directly with wealth advisors and CPAs on integrated planning matters
Looking For

California Bar Admission - must be CA-based
Recent estate planning experience with advanced estate, gift, and tax planning techniques
You should know some of the following

High Net Worth Estate Planning
Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts
GRATs, QTIPs, Marital Trusts
Estate and Gift Tax Planning
Business Succession Planning
Powers of Attorney / Advance Directives
