Community Manager, This position would be managing a beautiful modern apartment community! Our client is seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee a well-established, small to mid-sized apartment community. You'll have the autonomy to manage the day-to-day operations while working alongside a supportive ownership and leadership team that values your experience and expertise. What You'll Do as the Community Manager Lead the daily operations of the community. Supervise and support the leasing and maintenance teams. Build positive relationships with residents while delivering outstanding customer service. Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy, and resident retention. Manage budgets, rent collections, vendor relationships, and property financials. Ensure the community is attractive, well-maintained, and operating efficiently. Conduct property inspections and maintain high operational standards. Coach and develop your team while fostering a positive work environment. What We're Looking For in a Community Manager 3+ years of apartment community management experience. Multi-site experience is a plus. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Experience with budgets, occupancy, leasing, and resident relations. Ability to balance customer service with sound business decisions. Why This Community Manager Opportunity?
