Paralegal

Overview Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our St. Louis, MO office. This is a part-time, remote, non-exempt position. While this role is remote, the candidate must live in the St. Louis metropolitan area for court appearances. Base schedule is Monday through Wednesday with varied hours between 8 AM to 5 PM, with around 20 hours per week and potential to grow into full-time. What You'll Do Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards Attend approximately 3 court appearances per week in St. Louis, communicating with creditors and debtors Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred) Prior law firm experience - required Basic knowledge of civil litigation Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred) Must have Notary license or ability to obtain Notary license within 90 days of employment Benefits 401K plan with company match Company-paid Life Insurance Opportunities for advancement and professional development Salary $25-$30/Hour DOE Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Part-time Job function: Other Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr MANDARICH LAW GROUP, LLP
