Client Service Representative – Veterinary Saint Francis Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative with a background in veterinary medicine. As the face of the hospital, the CSR greets visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming, well-coordinated client experience. Responsibilities Independently manage appointment scheduling and maintain an efficient daily workflow. Serve as a key liaison between clients and the medical team, ensuring clear and timely communication. Deliver empathetic, high-level customer service across a multi-line phone system and in-person interactions. Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Respond to client inquiries with confidence, providing clear and informed guidance on services and patient care. Balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, no weekends. Flexible schedule: either 4 x 10 or 5 x 8. Benefits & Compensation Compensation: $16 – 20 per hour. Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Life insurance and disability. Minimum Qualifications & Skill Set At least 3 years of previous veterinary experience. Proficiency in the following skills: Ability to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong client service and professional communication skills. Experience acting as a liaison between clients and the medical team, confidently discussing treatment plans and medical information. Comfortable managing phones, clients, and administrative tasks simultaneously. Working knowledge of veterinary terminology and medical records. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
