Pediatric Otolaryngology – AdventHealth for Children – Orlando, Florida Overview AdventHealth for Children is looking for a fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join our team. We seek an energetic and enthusiastic team player interested in growing our program in Central Florida. AdventHealth is Florida’s largest hospital system with 30 hospitals and a single children’s hospital at the center. Our network provides an excellent opportunity for practice growth and professional development. Our tertiary children’s hospital has over 200 dedicated pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds, a 102‑bed NICU, a dedicated cardiac ICU, and a statewide pediatric network and transport system. The hospital has been recognized by US News and World Report as the best Children’s Hospital for newborn care in Florida, and by The Leapfrog Group for quality and safety. The Pediatric Otolaryngology program, established in 2024, currently has two fellowship‑trained pediatric ENTs and 1:1 physician‑to‑APP support. A new outpatient office with 11,000 sq ft of space and in‑house audiology, speech pathology, pediatric dentistry, imaging, 3‑D photography, and conference room is slated to open in Q1 2026. The new facilities will expand cochlear implant, microtia and atresia, head & neck, and craniofacial programs and accommodate other sub‑specialty interests such as voice and swallowing disorders, aerodigestive disorders, and vascular anomalies. Requirements Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology. Board certification or eligibility through the American Academy of Otolaryngology‑Head and Neck Surgery. Board certification or eligibility for subspecialty certification in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology. Strong communication skills. Dedication to the highest quality patient care. Interest in developing a general Pediatric Otolaryngology practice, with a subspecialty focus to be determined based on interest and experience.
