Job Title: CT Tech Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 14:30 - 23:00 Experience: 3 years required License: Virginia or compact license required Certifications: BLS, ARRT (R)(CT) Must-Have: Siemens CT scanner experience preferred Description: Chesapeake is located in a beautiful area known as Coastal Virginia. It is just minutes away from the beach and offers trails for all levels of hikers. There are over 20 waterways to explore. The working schedule is Monday to Friday from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. Weekend call rotation is required. Candidates must have BLS certification via the American Heart Association. Candidates are preferred to have experience with Siemens CT scanners. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Candidates cannot have any prior license or background hits. Fit testing issues may result in disqualification. Candidates are required to review and prepare for EKG testing. The test will cover rhythm interpretation and interval measurements. Candidates must achieve a passing score. Modules will be billable and must be completed prior to the start of the contract. A detailed understanding of the responsibilities and qualifications is necessary before applying.
