Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Pharmacy Operations Manager you will use your skills and compassion in caring for our patients as an integral part of the hospital pharmacy team. Members of that team consider themselves a family where each member works hard to support each other. We are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. In this role:

• You will be responsible for supporting the Director of Pharmacy in managing the pharmacy operations.
• You will implement and enforce policies and procedures, supervision and training of staff, quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
• You will assist in managing the pharmacy when the Pharmacy Director is unavailable

What qualifications you will need:

• Pharmacist
• (PHARM-CS) Pharmacist - Controlled Substance
• Three (3) years experience Required Years of Experience
• Hospital experience required
