The Role: Senior Fulfillment Specialist (Picker/Packer + Inbound/Outbound) - Full time (M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm)
We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented fulfillment pro to join our Ohio team as a Senior Fulfillment Specialist. You'll be hands-on in the warehouse, picking and packing customer orders, preparing shipments, and helping ensure the brands we serve make a great impression with every box that goes out. Beyond your own numbers, you'll help set the standard for quality and pace, troubleshoot issues on the floor, and support newer team members as we scale the Ohio operation.

This role is a fit for someone who already knows their way around a warehouse and wants real ownership in a growing facility.

What You'll Do

• Accurately pick products for customer orders based on digital instructions, at a consistent, high-volume pace
• Carefully pack orders to meet brand standards (presentation and protection matter!)
• Label packages and prepare them for shipping
• Serve as a go-to resource on the floor, helping troubleshoot picking, packing, and inventory issues as they come up
• Load mail trucks
• Receive new inventory / check in new inventory as it's received
• Help onboard and train newer team members on our processes and standards
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked
• Help with inventory organization, restocking, and cycle counts
• Work with the team to meet and exceed daily order volume goals
• Identify, report, and help resolve issues with inventory, packaging, or order accuracy
• Handle restocking and returns as needed
• Communicate with brands on Slack and Email, and video calls

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse or ecommerce fulfillment
• Proven track record of accuracy and productivity in a pick/pack environment
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and digital pick/pack workflows
• Someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to roll up their sleeves
• Ability to lift and move boxes (sometimes 50 lbs)
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
• Clear communicator and team player who can help guide and mentor others
• Strong attention to detail, the little things matter in fulfillment
