In this sales-based role, engages in face-to-face conversations with prospective customers and share information about the vacation club experience. Invites and incentivizes guests to attend award-winning vacation ownership presentations.How You'll ShineServe as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + LeisureGreet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tourScreen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelinesMake sales-tour reservations and collect required depositsGreet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goalsAttend all scheduled training sessions and department meetingsKeep current on marketing information, materials and industry trendsReview performance goals weekly, monthly and annuallyWhat You'll BringHigh School Diploma or equivalent is requiredClear and concise written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a team environment within a shared spaceGeneral computer and smart device skills1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
