Bilingual Customer Service Team Member (English/Spanish) — Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Support customers with questions, updates, and follow-ups (phone and in-person support when needed)
• Help customers through a needs-based conversation so they understand the right options
• Keep things moving behind the scenes—scheduling, next steps, and accurate documentation
• Team up with others to solve issues fast and deliver great service

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual required: English + Spanish (strong verbal + written communication)
• Confident with phone and comfortable communicating in person
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and great at listening
• Currently licensed or willing to obtain proper licenses within 30 days
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems
