Recruiting Operations Coordinator Location: Napa, CA Compensation: $26-$32 per hour Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support two growing businesses in Napa, CA. This position combines recruiting coordination, HR support, reporting, and administrative responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Business Operations. Key Responsibilities Support recruiting efforts including sourcing, resume review, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and applicant tracking Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain accurate candidate, employee, and recruiting records Track recruiting metrics and generate reports using Excel and other tools Create presentations, reports, and business materials in PowerPoint Manage and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and operational trackers Assist with onboarding and other HR-related administrative activities Support leadership with various administrative and operational projects Help identify process improvements and leverage technology to drive efficiency Provide support across two affiliated businesses and collaborate with multiple stakeholders Qualifications 1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, administrative, operations, or office support roles Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM systems, or HRIS platforms is a plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Travel Requirements Ability to travel up to 20% as needed Occasional travel to Southern California to support business operations, meetings, and special projects Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required Ability to travel locally within the Napa area for office visits, meetings, and occasional client engagements What We're Looking For A self‑starter who takes initiative and follows through Someone who enjoys both people‑focused work and data‑driven tasks A highly organized individual who can juggle competing priorities A professional looking to build a long‑term career in Recruiting, HR, or Operations Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with systems, reporting tools, and business software A team player who is eager to learn and grow with the organization Compensation & Benefits $26-$32 per hour , depending on experience Career growth and advancement opportunities Exposure to recruiting, HR, business operations, and leadership initiatives Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment Location Requirement: Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Napa, CA (approximately 30 miles). #J-18808-Ljbffr OMNI STAFFING
