Facilities Manager: Student Living & Building Systems

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure safety and functionality of our multi-unit properties. You will lead the onsite Facilities team and coordinate with third-party vendors to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, collegiate environment. Responsibilities include supervising building systems, scheduling preventive maintenance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
