Senior Accountant - Finance - Full Time

Senior Staff Accountant Compensation: $80–100K base growing organization with a lean accounting team and a strong need for hands?The Senior Staff Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining accuracy and momentum across high?volume transactional activity, particularly tied to project?level accounting. volume accounts payable processing across multiple projects and cost centers Reconcile a large volume of corporate credit card transactions on a monthly basis Perform daily and ongoing reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness Ensure proper expense classification aligned with projects and internal reporting needs Help improve and streamline existing AP and expense workflows Partner closely with accounting leadership in a fast?volume accounts payable environments heavy accounting roles Exposure to project accounting, WIP, and cost accounting concepts ERP or accounting system experience in small?to?mid?size organizations Strong Excel skills Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
