Owner Operators & Small Fleet Carriers Wanted

On Time Trucking is seeking professional Independent Motor Carriers (IMCs) to support dedicated delivery and transportation operations. We are looking for reliable transportation partners who are committed to safety, customer service, and on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport products to customer locations.
• Complete all assigned routes and deliveries in a timely manner.
• Maintain professional customer interactions.
• Accurately document pickups, deliveries, and exceptions.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company safety requirements.
• Utilize required transportation technology platforms for route management and proof of delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Legal authority to operate as an independent business
• EIN (Employer Identification Number)
• Reliable delivery vehicle(s)
• Current vehicle registration
• Commercial automobile insurance
• Ability to meet customer and site access requirements
• Smartphone or mobile device capable of supporting required applications

Technology Requirements

Independent Motor Carriers must be able to utilize our transportation management technology for:

• Route acceptance
• Status updates
• Delivery confirmations
• Real-time communication and tracking

Use of the FarEye Transportation Management System (TMS) is required for managing and completing assigned routes.

Required Documentation

Qualified carriers must provide:

• W-9
• EIN verification
• Vehicle registration
• Commercial insurance documentation
• Certificate of insurance naming RK Logistics Group as additional insured, when required
• Workers' compensation documentation, if applicable
• Additional carrier qualification documents as requested during onboarding

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous final-mile, dedicated route, courier, or logistics experience
• Experience with time-sensitive deliveries
• Strong safety record
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate independently and manage route schedules effectively
