Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate with stand-up and sit-down forklift experience to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will assist with receiving, shipping, order picking, inventory replenishment, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering steady hours and the potential for long-term employment with a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts to receive, store, replenish, and move inventory safely. 
• Pick, pack, load, and unload products while ensuring accurate labeling and inventory control. 
• Inspect incoming shipments for damages, shortages, or overages and report discrepancies. 
• Follow all safety, food safety, sanitation, and warehouse procedures while meeting productivity goals. 
• Maintain reliable attendance and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. 

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required. 
• Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience required. 
• Previous stand-up and sit-down forklift experience required. 
• Experience in food warehousing, retail, or food distribution preferred. 
• Ability to obtain company forklift certification within 30 days of hire.

The base pay range for this position is $17.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
