Job Summary

Seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join a growing team as Commercial Lines and Personal Lines Agents . The ideal candidates will have a strong background in insurance sales a positive attitude and a commitment to building long-term relationships with clients.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range : Up to $60000 for PL Agents and up to $75000 for CL Agents
• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package
• Remote Work : Available with the requirement to report to the office once a week for sales meetings (up to 2 hours away)

Responsibilities

Personal Lines (PL) Agent:

• Engage with hundreds of hot leads to close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain referral network partnerships.
• Conduct cold calls to generate new business.
• Focus exclusively on new business acquisition; servicing work is handled by a dedicated team.

Commercial Lines (CL) Agent:

• Develop new business opportunities from the ground up.
• Conduct cold calls and cold knocks to generate leads.
• Build relationships with mid-to-large market accounts.
• Quote new business opportunities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience : Minimum of 5 years in insurance sales with a proven track record in production.
• Software Proficiency : Familiarity with AMS360 preferred.
• Skills :
  • Strong sales and networking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Preferred Background : Experience in an agency setting.
