Insurance Account Manager

Job Description We are seeking a professional, motivated, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our insurance agency in Round Rock. The Account Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional service to existing clients, managing insurance accounts, assisting with policy needs, and building strong, lasting customer relationships. Experience with commercial insurance is preferred. Benefits Hands on Training Flexible Schedule Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with existing insurance clients Assist customers with policy questions, changes, renewals, and service needs Review accounts and identify coverage needs and opportunities Prepare insurance quotes and assist with new business Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policies and account needs Follow up with clients to ensure timely and professional service Maintain accurate customer and policy information Assist with account retention and client satisfaction Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism Work closely with the agency team to support overall business goals Requirements Previous insurance or customer service experience preferred Commercial insurance experience preferred Property & Casualty insurance license preferred, but not required (will need to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities Professional, dependable, and customer-focused Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency management systems #J-18808-Ljbffr The Juris Agency
