From January 4th, 2027, through May 28th, 2027, you'll make a meaningful impact by providing physical therapy services across both preschool and elementary school settings, as well as serving two homebound students. Each day brings the chance to use your expertise to guide students toward greater independence and improved mobility.

Your experience will be valued as you collaborate with educators, families, and caregivers to design personalized therapy plans. You’ll work in a supportive environment focused on empowering students to reach their highest potential.

Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid Physical Therapy license
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based PT (preschool and/or elementary preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Sensitivity and adaptability when working with young children and their families
• Familiarity with managing and supporting homebound student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct physical therapy services to preschool and elementary students, both in-school and at home
• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting
