Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology, is seeking Mission Readiness Associates 2 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 2, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Department supporting Fleet Operations and Vehicle Readiness Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Mission Readiness Associate 2 Location: Culver City, CA Pay Range: $32/hour What’s the Job? Support daily fleet operations and vehicle readiness across multiple test locations. Perform vehicle cleaning, charging, software bring-up, and mission preparation procedures. Provide logistical support for the movement, storage, and organization of vehicles, equipment, and spare parts. Execute documentation and readiness checks to ensure vehicles meet operational and regulatory requirements. Assist with incident response, vehicle recovery efforts, and general testing support activities. What’s Needed? 2-4 years of professional work experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean/excellent driving record. Proven ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work effectively in high-pressure environments. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively on a team. Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening, and perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. What’s in it for me?
