Scrum Master

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support an aerospace manufacturing client, leading a newly formed Agile team consisting of Power BI Developers and Data Engineers. This individual will play a key role in evaluating the team’s current processes and implementing Agile best practices. Responsibilities Lead a cross-functional Scrum team of Power BI developers and Data Engineers Assess current team workflows and Agile maturity Coach team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices Partner with stakeholders to manage backlog, prioritization, and delivery timelines Identify and remove roadblocks impacting team performance Drive continuous improvement and team efficiency Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile lead Experience supporting data or analytics teams (Data Engineers, BI, etc.) Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile delivery Experience standing up or transforming teams into Agile environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience Experience working with Power BI or data platforms Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools Compensation $50-60/hour Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
