Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
• Current or pending certification/licensure as a School Psychologist
• Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and consultation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for students referred for academic, behavioral, or social-emotional concerns
• Interpret assessment results and generate insightful reports
• Provide individual and group counseling/support as needed
• Collaborate in the development of IEPs and behavioral plans
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise in eligibility determinations
• Offer consultation and strategies to educators and parents to promote student success
• Support crisis intervention and prevention initiatives within the school community
