Overview Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required. If you are a Psychologist who loves dedicating their time to children, we have the perfect school opportunity for you. We have a school district with a full-time position. The preferred candidate is one with school-based experience. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to determine students' academic, behavioral, emotional, and social strengths and needs Develop and implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to improve students' academic and social-emotional functioning Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create positive learning environments and support student success Provide crisis intervention and counseling services to students as needed Participate in school-wide initiatives to promote positive behavior support, mental health awareness, and academic achievement Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation of all services provided Details Onsite near the Manteca, California area Start in August $50-$60+ per hour (depends on experience) Caseload details and number of students/sites will be discussed further during interview with the special services director Requirements Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution Active California State School Psychologist License or eligibility for licensure Knowledge of evidence-based practices for assessment, intervention, and consultation in schools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse populations ProCare Benefits Paid weekly (W-2) Competitive compensation Medical, Vision, and Dental Benefits Submit resumes to: View email address on click.appcast.io .
