Job Title: Senior Oracle Database Administrator
Location: Washington, DC (Remote)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle DBA to provide enterprise database administration, development, maintenance, and technical support across Oracle, SQL Server, and related database environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Oracle database environments.
- Create and manage standalone Oracle and SQL databases.
- Support Oracle Grid and Oracle RMAN technologies.
- Monitor database environments and identify, troubleshoot, and triage issues.
- Perform server maintenance, software installations, and patching.
- Maintain High Availability (HA) systems.
- Execute and support Disaster Recovery (DR) protocols.
- Troubleshoot Oracle, SQL, and MS Access database issues.
- Support database and application-level integrations.
- Assist with database configuration and development activities.
- Work independently while collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management at all levels.

- Strong Oracle database administration experience.
- Proven experience creating and managing standalone SQL and Oracle databases.
- Experience with issue identification and troubleshooting.
- Experience with server maintenance, software installation, and patching.
- Experience supporting HA and DR environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detailed resume demonstrating the required experience.
- Professional Oracle or SQL certifications are strongly recommended.
