Starting Wage:

• LPN: $25.00/hour
• RN: $34.00/hour

Augusta Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Licensed Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our AM shift team in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This position offers the opportunity to provide meaningful care to residents while working alongside a collaborative nursing team focused on quality outcomes, teamwork, and person-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility standards
• Complete assessments, monitor resident conditions, and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
• Collaborate with CNAs, providers, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support resident care plans and promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants to promote quality resident care

What We're Looking For

• Current Wisconsin RN or LPN license (required)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident-centered care
