Sales Account Representative

214 Consulting is growing, and we’re looking for competitive, people-driven individuals ready to build real sales experience and grow with a team.

You don’t need years of experience or the “perfect” resume. We’re looking for people who communicate well, enjoy working with others, take coaching, and want an opportunity where their effort can actually take them somewhere.

As a Sales Account Representative , you’ll work directly with customers while representing our clients, building relationships, identifying customer needs, and helping drive new business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connect with customers face-to-face and build genuine relationships
• Represent our clients and their services professionally
• Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Develop communication, negotiation, and sales skills
• Work alongside a competitive, team-oriented group
• Track personal goals and sales performance
• Participate in ongoing coaching and development
