Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care in Clovis, New Mexico. This is a travel, temporary assignment starting 07/18/2026 for 6 weeks with guaranteed hours and a night shift schedule. Expect a weekly pay range of $827–$887, with 33 guaranteed hours per week. Work setting: LTC – Nursing Home.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to long-term residents under supervision of a registered nurse
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects per facility policy
- Conduct routine assessments, document vitals, and chart changes in the resident’s record
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust individualized care plans
- Respond to call lights, assist with activities of daily living, and support resident comfort and safety
- Uphold infection control practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance in daily care

Requirements
- Active LPN license (state-specific requirements apply; see Job Notes for details)
- Relevant experience in long-term care settings preferred
- Ability to work night shifts on a 3x12 schedule
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program (diploma or certificate)
