Experience and Qualifications: Required Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required or four (4) years of software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph Experience assisting with development & execution of test procedures for software components Experience with generating & reviewing software/technical documentation Experience working in an Agile software development environment Experience using Jira and Confluence Ensuring quality control of all developed and modified software Experience with the following technologies: Git Java, C, and/or Python Relational database, such as Postgres Desired Qualifications: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience with: Docker/Kubernetes HAProxy Nginx Elastic Stack Telework/Remote Availability: Hybrid work authorized, up to 16 hours per week, depending on team and workload Work Location(s): Annapolis Junction, MD Summary Pay Range: $98,000 - $123,000 Expected Closure Date: Applications for this position will be accepted through May 31, 2026 Equal Employment Opportunity Statement: BI&A is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
