W/WW Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction. Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients and key stakeholders. Lead multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring successful project delivery. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, scopes, and resource allocation. Oversee the preparation of engineering reports, calculations, plans, specifications, and technical documents. Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, client meetings, and project interviews. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and utility providers throughout project execution. Mentor and support junior engineering staff while contributing to overall team growth. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required. Minimum 6 years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering. Proven experience managing municipal infrastructure projects. Strong technical understanding of water distribution systems, wastewater collection systems, pump stations, conveyance infrastructure, and treatment facilities. Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Why Join?
