We back our fleet with a $100,000 annual local marketing budget (this is double the normal). Your schedule will be fully packed with premium residential leads from Day 1. If you know how to talk to homeowners and close high-ticket jobs, our system is designed to pay you more than any flat-rate shop in town.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate an independent service truck to diagnose, repair, and replace residential plumbing systems.
• Service tank/tankless water heaters, clear main lines, and handle fixture swaps.
• Perform full-home plumbing safety inspections on every call to find hidden issues.
• Present multiple solutions using our menu pricing guide to build customer trust.

Requirements:

• Active Journeyman Plumber License issued specifically by St. Louis County (Required) [IAPMO].
• Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience running an independent residential service truck.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
