Industrial Cleaning Worker (Cleanroom/Environmental Specialist)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Industrial Cleaning Worker (cleanroom specialist)  to maintain our plant’s safety, compliance, and strict environmental controls.

- Location: Williamsburg, MI 49690
- Work Schedule : Mon to Fri / 1st Shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm
- Pay rate: 18$ per hour
- Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 6-month duration (temp to hire)

Key Qualifications:

• HS diploma / GED required and 1+ year of related work experience in manufacturing/industrial settings.

• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team leads.

• A safety-first mindset. Experience with cleanrooms, GDP, or EMS is a major plus!

  
  What You’ll Do

• Maintain the Cleanroom: Perform routine and non-routine facility cleaning and maintenance to defined regulatory standards.

• Prep & Coordinate: Prepare daily cleaning/disinfectant solutions and coordinate with department leads to meet strict cleaning schedules.

• Document Everything: Adhere to cleanroom gowning protocols and accurately log daily tasks using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Manage Inventory: Maintain control of essential cleaning components and supplies.

• Drive Safety: Ensure proper PPE use, safe waste disposal, and compliance with our Environmental Management System (EMS).
