Part-Time Youth Development Roles in Ferndale and Lynden
Location: Lynden
Shift & Hours: Mon-Fri, 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM (Local School District Early release days will be a 10am start to 5:30pm)

At BGCWC, we don't just "watch" kids; we build community leaders. As the largest youth-serving organization in Whatcom County, we are looking for dedicated Youth Development Professionals who believe every child deserves a safe, patient, and inspiring place to grow.
As a YDP, you are the architect of fun and growth. You'll lead Kindergarten - 5th graders through:
- Active Play: Get them moving with gym games and outdoor sports.
- Creative Spark: Lead STEM projects, art sessions, and tech explorations.
- Mentorship: Build real relationships and meet kids exactly where they are.

STARTING PAY : $20.00/per hour
