Director of Field Marketing Opportunity

Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office)

Reports to: Vice President of Marketing

Compensation: Base $150K-$170K plus annual bonus potential

JOB DESCRIPTION

Mosaic Service Partners is building a scalable field marketing capability to support its growing portfolio of Brand Partners, and the Director of Field Marketing will play a foundational role in shaping that strategy, operating model, and organization.

The Director will initially embed deeply with Windows on Washington (WoW),one of our brand partner providing an opportunity to learn the business from the inside while strengthening WoW's marketing foundation and driving profitable local growth. During the first 6–9 months, approximately 75% of the role will focus on WoW: owning the local marketing strategy and budget, leading agency performance, strengthening demand generation and local partnerships, advancing marketing attribution and infrastructure, supporting geographic expansion in partnership with Growth Strategy and developing local marketing talent. Approximately 25% will support broader Mosaic field marketing priorities.

Over time, the mandate will expand to use those learnings to help build Mosaic's field marketing playbook, strategy, operating model, and organizational structure for existing Brand Partners and future M&A growth. This role requires a leader who can operate at both levels: hands-on enough to understand and influence the local business, and strategic enough to translate those learnings into scalable enterprise capabilities.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and own the WoW local marketing strategy and budget ($1M+) including priorities, investment recommendations, performance expectations, and an operating cadence tied to business objectives.
• Drive WoW demand-generation strategy across digital and local demand channels, using full-funnel performance data to optimize channel mix and investment while holding agency and vendor partners accountable to clear performance expectations.
• Lead, coach, and develop local marketing talent by setting clear priorities, providing ongoing feedback and mentorship, and creating an environment of accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Partner with the VP, Marketing to build Mosaic's Field Marketing strategy, playbook, planning frameworks, operating rhythms, and organizational model, translating learnings from WoW and other Brand Partners into repeatable capabilities that can scale across the portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and the Contact Center to connect demand generation with lead quality, appointment conversion, sales performance, installation capacity, customer experience, and revenue.
• Partnerwith the Director of Growth Strategy on expansion into new geographies, bringing local-market insight and developing field and local marketing activation plans that support the broader go-to-market strategy and adapt to each market's customer, competitive, and business dynamics.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success leading field, local, or multi-market marketing strategy. Experience in residential services, other high-consideration local services, retail, real estate, hospitality, or a comparable multi-location environment preferred.
• Experience building trust and influencing cross-functional stakeholders while leading teams through change and continuous improvement in a lean, fast-moving environment; comfortable influencing without direct authority.
• Strong digital fluency across paid media, SEO, website, CRM, analytics, and attribution, with the ability to interpret performance, make investment recommendations, and effectively lead agencies and vendors.

Strong analytical and commercial acumen, with experience leveraging marketing technology, CRM, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to evaluate full-funnel performance, strengthen attribution, and translate data into actionable business recommendations and investment decisions.

 

ROLE DETAILS

• For the first three months, the role will work in person three days per week: Tuesday and Wednesday at the WoW office in Sterling, VA, plus one additional day at Mosaic's Washington, D.C. office based on collaboration and business needs. The cadence may evolve as the role and broader Mosaic responsibilities expand.

 

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Base salary: $150K-$170K
• Annual bonus: Up to 25%
